Some Important Notes:

It is important that you understand that this money does not represent a *purchase* between you and me.
I am NOT charging you for the ROMs, I am simply using YOUR money to buy YOU materials.. I do not make a profit from the supply of these ROMs. You are of course welcome to send me your own media for burning - see below for details.
I will also burn MAME Roms onto your own good quality media (DVD-R format only) - although this will involve some effort on your part i.e. sourcing your own media and posting them out to me with suitable outward and return postage. Please contact me at info@romgarden.com for further details regarding relevant procedures.

Burning Time (Where you supply the media):

Note that this is a free and voluntary service; the "burners" will have to fit in with your requests around *their* time, and you will have to be patient until they complete your task. Generally, expect a 7-day turnaround time, but this has extended with the increase in popularity of the service. Demands for higher priority will be ignored, and each member of the "burning team" reserves the right to withdraw the service if they are unhappy with the nature of the request. Burning almost 7DVD's takes considerable time and effort especially when it is done not for only one person but for many each day.This Service at present is only for mame romsets(This will change). Please note that only one set of mame dvds per person so please dont ask me if you can send enough disks for more than 1 set of mame as this will not be done. Stritly 1 set per person. Thanks.

I don't know you, nor do I know your legal rights on entitlement for these ROM binaries. The legality of these ROMs is your responsibility - I make no claims on the legal status of these ROMs, nor to I supply or transfer any licence or copyright with the ROM sets.

By requesting that you have DVDs burned for you, you agree with these terms.

On a lighter note, the original copyright owner isn't bothered about the free distribution of these ROMs; burners have supplied ROM sets to software houses and arcade manufacturers in the past.
